However, even those markets charge high booth fees, and unpredictable foot traffic makes it hard for artists to break even. When you purchase an Exclusive item, you're offering extra encouragement for creative freedom and independent craftsmanship. We guarantee that at least 95% of the profits from Exclusive items go directly to the artist, far more than typical industry standards.

Unfortunately, if the item has already entered the production or shipping process, we are unable to cancel the order. Please understand that most materials are personally funded and carefully sourced by the artist, and each piece is created with intention and labor. Last-minute cancellations can result in real financial loss for the creator. Please contact us immediately if you made a mistake and we will try to assist before shipping begins.
Because each item is handmade and individually inspected before shipment, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with detailed photos and an unboxing video as proof. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
